Much has been written and discussed about vacancy rates throughout the Northern Virginia commercial real estate market. Many building owners have come up with creative and successful ways to fill their space and reposition their projects. On Tuesday, October 21, NAIOP will host a breakfast seminar featuring some of our members' most innovative ideas. Our guest panelists will focus on topics such as targeted leasing programs, enhanced amenities, and spec suites.
